Alyssa Santiago, MS, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant who earned her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Wagner College. During her clinical training, she developed a strong passion for surgery, which led her to pursue a career in cosmetic and aesthetic medicine. Early in her career, she had the opportunity to train alongside Dr. Lombardi, gaining valuable experience in both surgical care and aesthetic treatments.
Alyssa began her professional career in New York City at Bellevue Hospital, where she worked as a Physician Assistant in the Hand and Plastic Surgery Department. There, she built a strong foundation in surgical techniques, patient safety, and comprehensive perioperative care.
She has since transitioned to New Jersey, where she works closely with Dr. Lombardi as his surgical assistant, providing attentive care throughout the pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases of each patient’s journey.
In addition to her surgical role, Alyssa is a full-time aesthetic injector specializing in dermal fillers, neurotoxins, and advanced laser treatments. She also incorporates aesthetic therapies, including laser treatments, into post-operative care to support healing, enhance skin quality, and optimize surgical outcomes. This integrated approach allows her to deliver comprehensive, results-driven care.
Alyssa’s mission is to ensure every patient feels informed, supported, and confident throughout their aesthetic and surgical experience while achieving natural, long-lasting results.
