Alexandra is a board-certified physician assistant with a specialization in plastic surgery. Hailing from Colts Neck, NJ, she is a proud graduate of Wagner College's esteemed PA program. Alexandra brings a wealth of experience to her role, having previously worked in Trauma Surgery, Surgical ICU,  Plastic, Reconstructive, and Hand Surgery. Her expertise is invaluable in both pre- and post-operative care, and she is instrumental in assisting Dr. Lombardi with surgical procedures in the operating room and in-office treatments.
